Booking & Re-scheduling Policy
By booking a filming session with Fraze, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Weather and Safety
Our filming sessions are dependent on suitable weather conditions to ensure the safety of the vehicles, crew, equipment and to maintain the quality of the final film.
If weather conditions are deemed unsuitable by Fraze, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, high winds, or other unsafe driving conditions, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed future date.
Illness, Equipment Failure & Unforseen Circumstances
In the event of illness, injury, equipment failure, vehicle issues, or any unforeseen other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Fraze reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the filming session.
Customer Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability.
Liability
Fraze shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, damages, travel expenses, accommodation expenses or any other consequential losses arising from postponed or rescheduled filming sessions.
Final Decision
All decisions regarding weather suitability, safety and operational capability remain at the sole discretion of Fraze.

Filming sessions are weather dependent. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule Bookings due to unsafe weather, illness, equipment failure or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, an alternative date will be arranged.
